The study hall within the Sabri Baran Özel Navşar Sports and Culture Center, established in Şemdinli district of Hakkari by Şemdinli businessman Sabri Özel, offers a free study space for students preparing for university and KPSS exams.

The center provides students with access to internet, practice exams, resource support, and social areas. Located in a three-story building, the center is currently preparing approximately 100 students for university entrance exams and 18 students for the KPSS (Public Personnel Selection Exam) this year. Scholarship support is also provided to students from villages with limited transportation options.

The center, which aims to provide an alternative to the limited study and work areas in Şemdinli, helps students study in a more organized and productive environment.

Students who benefit from the center state that the opportunities offered increase their motivation and positively contribute to their exam preparation process.
