All static calculations for the project were performed according to the highest engineering standards, and C45 grade concrete was used in the construction. This concrete is resistant to 55 MPa of pressure. The structure is built on a system of 699 foundation piles, each 25 meters deep.
The building uses KONE brand elevators with first-class quality standards. A VRF central air conditioning system from DAIKIN, a world-leading brand, has been chosen. There is a water tank with a total capacity of 850 m³ to meet the needs of the office, residence, shopping mall, hotel, and parking areas. Additionally, the building has a 24/7 CCTV camera recording system and a garbage elevator.
The building has a professional security team on duty 24/7 for both external and internal security. The lobby reception provides uninterrupted service to welcome, register, and direct all residents and guests.
A technical team is available 24 hours a day to respond immediately to technical malfunctions, and a cleaning team works 24/7 to clean the hallways, lobby, and common areas.
Dues management and all building services are carried out under the assurance and guarantee of SBOzel Company. The building's exterior cleaning is performed using specialized exterior cleaning lifts.
